I drove straight in handed over keys and made my way to the waiting room,that was eqiupped with pool table free fridge full of a good selection of drinks for free plus a pool table and massage chairs.A great spot to wait in air condition whilst your car is cleaned.The rate was $100,for a clean inside and out.Very happy with service.

Royal Handwash exceeded my expectations from start to finish when I visited on Feb 3rd, 2025 at 10:12 AM. The check-in process was quick, the staff were knowledgeable, and they explained everything clearly. They work efficiently without compromising quality, making the experience smooth and stress-free. When I picked up my car, I was thrilled with how immaculate it looked. They managed to remove stubborn marks I thought were permanent, and the interior smelled fresh and clean. The pricing felt fair for the amount of effort they put in. I will definitely be returning for regular detailing.

Been here twice in one week. Service was excellent and fast! Booked via text message with a very quick response time. Got the Royal Wash for both my cars and great clean for the price. The fact they support veterans and QLD Health staff with discounts is awesome for a small business in the area. I won't be taking my cars anywhere else. P.S. Best waiting room for any car wash EVER! A/C, foosball, massage chairs, pool table and complimentary drinks.

I’d never been here before - I don’t live in Queensland and decided to have the car cleaned while I was in town. What a great experience. First quality care and work. I had the Full Detail performed on my Ranger and every piece of the job was done right. Even the glass was all spotless and no streaks. I didn’t wait around while they did the job but if you do there’s soft drinks, a pool-table, tv and massage chairs. Probably my favourite part of the transaction was when the owner (Maisy) did a full walk around and inspection of the team’s work; walking around my truck with a cloth inspecting every panel before giving me my keys. It’s a safe bet that I’ll be back. Highly recommended.

The environment is very calm and beautifully set up, making it easy to relax while my car is being washed. Their waiting area truly allows you to unwind, and it feels more like a lounge than a carwash. I bought a used work car from a friend, and honestly, it was in terrible condition—even I was shocked. But they completely transformed it in just 2 hours! The manager was incredibly kind, and the service was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend this place!
